Junmai Daiginjo
YUKINO MAI KASSEI NIGORI
Slightly sparkling, white cloudy sake. The Japanese name Yukinomi (the dance of snow flaks) implies the white rice sediment looks like the snow in the bottle. The particles of bubbles are extremely fine, which brings a refreshing brisk touch on the palate.
Although it is a nigori (cloudy) sake, the finish is pleasantly clear. Enjoy with lightly seasoned foods such as white meat fish or chicken. Also best with cheese.
